Last week we began shipping Valentine’s orders, thank you. From every corner of the world, love was felt in the air as we watched President Barack Obama and the First Lady dance on that historical Tuesday evening of January 20, 2009. No matter your political persuasion, there was no escaping the romance permeating the night as the Obamas tenderly swayed back and forth, gliding from one inaugural ball to the next.
What are your plans for Valentine’s Day? Do you intend to dance, share a meal, pull off a surprise, eat chocolate, give jewelry, give a bouquet, or perhaps give a book with an exquisite bookmark? ;) It’s not too early to begin planning how you will express love to those around you on the 14 of February.
In my house, we do enjoy sweets. Chocolate-covered strawberries are a family favorite and will be served on that day. On February 15th, there won't be a trace of them left.
